The User Activity report lists all user accounts for Galileo Online and Online Reporter. It is a quick and efficient way to determine if all centers and classes have had a chance to login during a user-defined date range. When generated for Galileo Online user activity, in addition to the number logins, details on saved assessments can be accessed.
This report can be used as a quality check to monitor staff logins and assessments saved.
1. Click the User Activity link from the User Activity section.
2. Select the appropriate Application radio button – Galileo (Pre-K) Online or Galileo Reporter.
3. Use the down arrow on the From and To date fields to select the dates between which you would like to monitor activity.
4. If you are:
A. a Super-Agency, use the down arrow on the Super-Agency field to select the desired Super-Agency.
B. Agency, use the down arrow on the Agency field to select the desired agency.
C. Center-level, use the down arrow on the Center field to select the desired center. You may select the “[All centers]” options.
5. Click the Show System Activity button.
6. A list of users and the number of logins will appear.
7. You now have the option of clicking the:
A. Print Report link to generate a printed version of the report with this information.
B. View Details link to view additional details on the user’s logins (date and time logins and saved observations).
1. Click the + next to the date to expand and view the details.
2. Click the - next to the date to collapse the details.
8. A list of users and the number of logins will appear.
9. You now have the option of clicking the:
A. Print Report link to generate a printed version of the report with this information.
B. View Details link to view additional details (date and time) on the user’s logins.
