Achievement Levels

Purpose

OLR has pre-defined achievement levels (beginning, intermediate and advanced); most programs find that the ATI-defined achievement levels meet their reporting needs. The achievement levels feature allows you to create achievement levels (e.g., below average, average, above average, and exceptional) to use when running the Achievement and Progress reports.

To set up your own achievement levels, a library to store these levels must be created and then create the levels themselves.

Define Library

1.      Click the Achievement Levels link from the User Options section.

2.      Click on the Add Library button.

3.      Type a Library Name.

4.      Click the Save Library button.

5.      You are brought back to the Achievement Level Libraries page.

Define Achievement Level Set

In order to define an Achievement Level, an Achievement Level library must be defined.

1.      Click the Achievement Levels link from the User Options section.

2.      click Edit Achievement Levels link to the right of the desired library.

3.      Use the down arrow on Scale drop-down menu to select the scale for which you would like to set the achievement level.
