The OLR Settings option lets the user select the time period for generating reports.
To set the observation period you may:
use the Date range drop-down menus to compile data for a short interval of time within a year or across more than one year, or
select the program year for which you would like to generate reports.
1. Click the Settings link from the User Options section.
2. Determine whether to define a:
A. date range.
1. Use the arrow by the drop-down box labeled Start Date to select the first date of the observation period.
2. Use the arrow by the drop-down box labeled End Date to select the last date of the observation period.
3. Click the Save Settings button.
B. program year pre-defined date range.
1. Click the radio button for the desired program/data range.
2. You will access all data within the selected Galileo Online program year.
3. If you are:
A. a Super-Agency level user, use the down arrow on the Super-Agency menu to select the desired Super-Agency.
B. an eLearning Community user, use the down arrow on the Agency menu to select the desired Agency.
C. an Agency-level user, use the down arrow on the Agency menu to select the desired Agency.
4. Click the Save Settings button.
In OLR you have the ability of selecting the format of your reports. You may select:
PDF format - Generates report using Adobe Reader.
Excel format - Generates Galileo data in an Excel format. When viewing the report in Excel format, you may need to manually change the width of the cells to see all the data the report contains.
RTF format - Generates Galileo data in a rich text program such as Word. The output you select will affect all reports.
1. Click the Settings link from the User Options section.
2. Use the arrow by the drop-down box labeled Report Format to select the format of the reports you wish to view and print.
3. Click the Save Settings button.
