Child Demographics Page Options

Purpose

The Options box located on the far right side of the page provides quick short-cuts to commonly referenced pages and reports.

Access

1.         Click either:

a.  Child/Family>Records>Child.

b.  Merlin>Child>Demographics.

2.         If necessary, use the drop-down field to select the Center. 

3.         If necessary, use the drop-down Class field to select the class.

4.         If necessary, use the drop-down Child field to select the child.

5.         If necessary, click the show link to expanded the Options box.

6.         Click the desired link.

TIP:  Several of these reports are available only to Galileo Plus (Merlin) users.

Description

Reports for....*

This link will bring the user to the Individual Reports page which list all the reports for the selected child. These reports fall into the following categories:

Observation - includes Development Profile/Data Source, Knowledge Area Proficiency Profile, Milestones, Progress Report, Development Summary, Data Source Report, Development Plan, Anecdotal Notes, Assessment History.

Enrollment - includes Application and Enrollment and PIR-Child.

Health and Nutrition - includes Health/Developmental Services, EHS Health Services, Immunization Services, Emergency Care and Safety Services, Medication Administration Services, Head Start Nutrition Services, EHS (Infant) Nutrition Services, Record of Illness, Height/Weight Chart.

Attendance - includes Attendance.

Special Needs - includes Disability Services and IEP/IFSP.

Information Summaries - includes individual Information summaries do that reports may be run on custom-made forms.

Class Schedule

Brings the user to the child’s class schedule.

Form Worksheet

Allows the user to print a worksheet for any child form.

Home Visit Information

You may print home visit information by clicking on this link. The information on this report is generated from the information stored in the General Family Member Info form.

Data Checker

Tools to check for entered and missing data on forms and developmental scales.

Individual Child Information Summary        

Reports on available child forms at Class-level.

Roster

This report will list the name, Social Security Number, birth date, and the enrollment date/status of the children enrolled in the agency, center or class.

Agency Roster - This is available only to Agency-level users. All children currently enrolled in a class in the agency.

Center Roster - This is available only to Center-level users. All children currently enrolled in a particular center.

Class Roster - All children currently enrolled in a particular class.

Attendance

Brings the user to the Attendance page.

Meal Counts

Brings the user to the Meal Count page.

Enrollment

Brings the user to the Enrollment page.

Family Demographics

Takes the user to the Family Demographics page.

Family User Accounts

Takes the user to the Family User Accounts page.
