User can quickly see all the classes a child is current enrolled in and those in which they were previously enrolled in.
1. Click either:
a. Child/Family>Records>Enrollment.
b. Merlin>Enrollment.
2. Either:
a. Click the Reports icon.
i. Click the Child Enrollment Info menu.
A. Use the down arrow on the Center drop-down menu to select the center for the child is enrolled in.
B. Use the down arrow on the Class drop-down menu to select the class where the child is enrolled.
b. Locate the desired child. Refer to the Search for a Child page for directions.
i. Click the i icon to the right of the child's name.
ii. Refer to the Child Information page for further information on this page.
1. Click either:
a. Child/Family>Records>Class Schedule.
b. Merlin>Child>Class Schedule.
Report is also accessible from the Child Demographics page Options box.
2. If necessary, use the drop-down field to select the Center in which the child is enrolled in.
3. If necessary, use the drop-down Class field to select the class in which the child is enrolled in.
4. Use the drop-down Child field to select the child.
5. Determine how you would like the schedule to display by selecting the appropriate radio button:
a. Show dropped classes
b. Hide dropped classes
6. If you do not know which class the child is enrolled in, you may search for the child by clicking on the Search for child... link.
You may delete enrollment records via the Class Schedule page. This allows you to remove erroneous records when drop/add has been temporary and the record need not be kept. Just click on the trash bin icon to remove the desired child record.
