The User Activity report lists logins and saved assessments for all users in an agency. It is a quick and efficient way to determine if all of your centers and classes have had a chance to login and saved assessments. Once the report is generated, you may then see specifically what children do not have data, by following the Data Checker instructions.
We encourage Agency-level users to run this report before generating Development Reports on children.
TIP: This is available to Agency- and Center-level users.
This report can be used as a quality check to monitor staff logins and assessments saved.
1. Click Reports>User Activity (under Administration Reports).
2. Select the Date Range by selecting one of the following:
a. Click the pre-defined days -- Last 60 days, Last 30 days, or Last Two Weeks.
b. Enter the dates in the Start Date and End Date fields or use the calendar for the dates between which you would like to monitor activity.
3. Use the down arrows on the Agency drop-down menu to select the center on which you wish to generate a report.
4. Use the down arrows on the Center drop-down menu to select the center on which you wish to generate a report.
5. If desired, click the Only show users with login activity checkbox.
6. Click the Show System Activity button.
7. A list of users and the number of logins will appear.
8. You now have the option of:
a. Printing a report with this information - Click the Print Report link.
b. Getting more details on the logins for each teacher -
i. To view more information about each user’s logins click the View Details link.
ii. Click the + next to the date to expand and view the details.
iii. When you view details, you also have the option to show all observations in the selected date range (rather than having to open each date separately, although you can still do that if you wish).
