Forms may be printed throughout Galileo, such as on the Agency, Center, Class, Child, Family, Staff, and Volunteer pages' Options box to name a few. The link on the Reports page is where the worksheet officially resides.
TIP: This is available to Agency-, Center-, and Class-level users.
To display and/or print saved information for documentation, historical record-keeping, clarification/verification/monitoring, communication with parents, staff or stakeholders.
1. Click Reports>Form Worksheet (under Merlin Reports).
2. Determine if you would like to print a Standard or Calculated form.
3. If printing a Standard Form select the Form Type.
4. Select the Form for which you would like to print.
5. Check if you would to Allow page break with a form heading section.
a. If you leave this box unchecked the form will print, ensuring that all items appear under the heading, and are not split among pages.
b. If you check this box, items under a heading may be split among pages.
6. Select what items you would like to include on the worksheet.
7. Click the Show Worksheet button.
8. The requested information will appear.
