TIP: This is available only to Galileo Plus (Merlin) users.
ATI provides numerous ready-to-use Merlin reports. The ability to generate and view these ready-to-use Merlin reports from the “Merlin Report Library” is based on the user security. If you are a:
Class-level user – You may generate and view reports for information regarding the individuals in your class(es).
Center-level user – You may generate and view reports for classes and individuals in your particular center. You may view reports that Class-level users within your center(s) have generated.
Agency-level user – You may generate and view reports for centers, classes, and individuals in your agency. You may view reports that Center- and Class-level users within your agency have generated.
Please note you will always want to first “Generate” the report and then “View” it. By first generating the report you will ensure that the final report you view or print includes any recently added data.
When running a Merlin report, please keep the following things in mind:
The report can only pull 100,000 records at a time on the screen.
The maximum file size of the CSV report is 20 MB.
