1. Generate the Outcomes Analysis report. Refer to the Outcomes Analysis page for instructions.
2. The chart displays each scale is indicated by a graph.
3. Below the chart is a table wit a breakdown of each:
a. time period
b. the Developmental Level (DL) score and the number of children for each scale.
c. If more than one time period was defined, a DL Gain row displays in the table. This is the average increase or gain in DL score by comparing the first period to the last period.
4. (optional) Click the Show filters and settings used for this data link.
5. (optional) Click the Print Report button.
6. To display the Progress Data Detail, click on the desired chart column (data series).
7. The Progress Data Detail data appears to the right of the chart.
a. Scale: Selected data series scale.
b. Period: The selected data series date range.
c. DL Range for scale: The scale range fro the selected scale. (Refer to the Reference Materials on the Estimated Growth and Predicted Development page.)
d. Chart and Table
i. Chart indicating the number of children for each level -- beginning, intermediate, and advanced.
ii. A table displaying the breakdown of each level and the number of children.
e. The Progress Data Detail's column data series and the # of children is a link that displays additional information.
i. The Filter field allows you to filter the list to search for a child, summed score, and/or DL score.
ii. Child name - link to the child's Assessment History report popup window (a combination report of the Assessment History and the Individual Progress reports).
iii. Summed Score - number of goals the child has learned.
iv. DL Score - the child's DL score
8. (optional) Click the Print Report button.
