Storyteller Instruction

Purpose

Storyteller’s computer-based instructional activities may be used one-on-one for focused, individualized instruction at a single classroom computer station.  These activities may also be utilized in different small-group settings of up to four children around a single monitor.  Teachers may also use Storyteller’s computer-based instructional activities for large group instruction with a projector, maximizing whole-group participation.

Please keep in mind that these are instructional activities so the computer is not “scoring” the students on their answers.  If you would like to record child learning demonstrated during these activities you will want to document the learning on the forms you typically use to document learning, such as the Class Observation Record.

There are 23 unique computer-based instructional activities available to children and teachers.
