Meal Counts tracks and reports meals and snacks provided to children and/or staff.
TIP: This is available to Agency-, Center-, and Class-level users.
Schools track and report reimbursable and non-reimbursable meals to children on a monthly basis. The report can be used to track for budgeting purposes meals provided to staff.
1. Click one of the following:
a. Reports>Meal Counts (under Attendance Reports).
b. Report is also accessible from the Child Demographics Page Options box.
2. If you are an Agency- or Center-level user, use the down arrows on the Center drop-down menu to select the center on which you wish to generate a report. To generate it for more than one center, select the [All Centers] option.
3. Use the Class drop-down menu to select the class. To generate it for more than one class, select the [All Classes] option.
4. Use the Start Date and End Date calendars to select the date range of your report. You may either:
i. Click the calendar to select a date
ii. Enter it directly into the text box.
5. Click the Run Report button.
