TIP: This is available only to Galileo Plus (Merlin) users.
The In-Kind Services report displays the saved data on a form for a child's family. Refer to the ATI-Provided Forms and Merlin Reports for additional forms and Merlin-provided reports.
To display and/or print saved information for documentation, historical record-keeping, clarification/verification/monitoring, communication with staff or stakeholders.
TIP: This is available to Agency-, Center-, and Class-level users.
1. Click Reports>In-Kind Services (under Merlin Reports).
2. If you are an Agency- or Center-level user, use the down arrows on the Center drop-down menu to select the center on which you wish to generate a report.
3. Use the Volunteer drop-down menu to select the volunteer that you would like to run a report on.
4. The selected Merlin Form displays.
5. Enter the date in the As of field or use the calendar to select the date for which you would like to generate a report.
6. (optional) Select the layout options for your report by clicking in the desired checkboxes and/or typing the record number.

b. Show last date saved for each item
c. Hide non-recurring instruction items
d. Hid recurring instruction items
e. Limit recurring records per heading to
7. A menu of data items will appear.
a. All fields will be checked by default.
b. If there are some fields you would like to exclude from your report, click in the checkbox to remove the checkmark.
c. You may use the Select All and/or the Deselect All links.
8. (optional) If you selected a recurring form, you may:
a. Select whole headings at a time to include in the report by checking (or unchecking) the box in the heading row of the section.
b. Sort the heading in the report by the latest save date or any of the fields included in the heading by using the drop-down menu and placing a checkmark in the Sort in field.
9. Click the Run Report button.
