TIP: This is available only to Galileo Plus (Merlin) users.
The Search tool allows the user a quick way to find a staff member by their individual's last name. Once the individual is located, the user can quickly access the Staff Demographics page.
1. Click Merlin>Staff>Demographics.
2. Click the Search for a staff member... link.
3. Type the last name.
4. Click the Search button. The search results displays.
5. The name is a hyperlink and will take you to the Staff Demographics page.
6. This page lists the staff member.
7. For directions on using the Staff Demographics page, please refer to the Staff Overview page.
8. Once you have searched for a staff member, you may search for another staff by repeating the procedures on the previous page or by searching for them by center.
9. Click the Select staff by center link.
10. Use the down arrow on the Center drop-down menu to select the center you would like to search.
11. Use the down arrow on the Staff drop-down menu to select the staff member whose information you wish to view.
