Volunteer Overview

TIP: This is available only to Galileo Plus (Merlin) users.

Setup Flowchart

Purpose

There is an opportunity to record specific and important information about the volunteers in your school and programs on the Volunteer Demographics page, such as in-kind services.

Access

1. Click either:

a. Merlin>Volunteer>Demographics.

b. Merlin>PIR>Volunteer.

2. Now determine if you will:

a. add a new volunteer

b. assign/un-assign volunteer to a center

c. search for a volunteer

d. Complete/Update Volunteer Form information

e. delete a volunteer

f. generate reports
