How do I Manage Data?

ATI provides the program's main contact with a user account to Galileo. This individual can begin entering program information under the Setup tab. Next, basic information about each child can be entered, such as name and birth date. Information about family members can also be entered.

To properly set up the Galileo system the following sequence should be followed:

TIP:  Please note that some of these functions are available only to Galileo Plus (Merlin) users.

1.         Verify Agency information

2.         Enter Center information

3.         Enter Teacher information

4.         Enter Class information

5.         Assign Scales

6.         Set up Staff usernames and passwords

7.         Manage Children

b.  Enroll children in classes

8.         Manage Family & Family Members

9.         Manage Volunteers

10.    Manage Staff
