Achievement Levels

OLR has pre-defined achievement levels (beginning, intermediate and advanced); most programs find that the ATI-defined achievement levels meet their reporting needs. To define your own achievement levels, refer to the Achievement Levels page.

Data Analysis

Refer to the Estimated Growth and Predicted Development page to presents data analysis research assisting in data interpretation. Refer also to the Score Types page for help in data interpretation.

Report Aggregation

OLR allows users to generate a variety of reports that are intended to give educators valuable information about children, learning, teaching, and progress. Galileo Pre-K keeps an electronic history of children's data, enabling users to generate reports for any date in time for which data was recorded. The report aggregation level is based on the user's OLR permission. Refer to the  Aggregation Options page for additional information.

Report Settings

Users have the option of selecting the format of reports. You may select the default Adobe PDF format, the Microsoft Excel format, or Rich Text Format (RTF) format. The RTF format provides the ability to save reports in another format such as Word. The output format selected affects all reports. You may change the setting at any time, depending on the type of report you wish to view. Refer to the Settings page for further details.
